M.S. Program

In the M.S. program, each student plans an individualized course of study with the assistance of a special committee made up of faculty members representing major and minor areas of study. The MS requires a minimum of two, registration units. The seven concentrations of study are:

Note: Structural Engineering does not offer an M.S.

Candidates for the M.S. degree are expected to demonstrate mastery of knowledge in a specific subject area in Civil and Environmental engineering and to synthesize and create new knowledge, making original and substantial contributions to their discipline in a timely fashion. PH.D. Program

In the Ph.D. program, each student plans an individualized course of study with the assistance of a special committee made up of faculty members representing major and minor areas of study. The Ph.D. requires a minimum of six registration units. The eight concentrations of study are:
