Current Research
My current research involves an analysis of bicycle route choice preferences. I am investigating factors that influence people's decision to use bicycles as a means of transportation. I'm specifically working on examining how the notion of safety plays a role in decision making process and what safety measures can/should be implemented in order to provide adequate level of safety to bicyclists on road. I am also working on developing forecasting models for bicycle ridership.
